After every trip, riders rate you from 1 to 5 stars. Your overall rating is an average of your last 500 trips.

Tips for 5 stars:

  • Keep your car clean and odor-free.
  • Be polite and professional.
  • Drive safely and smoothly.
  • Ask about temperature or music preferences.

Consistently low ratings may put your account at risk.
